This year's edition of the Statistical Yearbook of Opolskie Voivodship, similarly to the previous one, contains a rich set of information characterising living conditions of the society and the condition of the voivodship’s economy. Detailed statistical data are grouped into 21 thematic chapters. The study concludes with two review tables containing the most important data on the voivodship in the years 2000, 2010, 2015 and 2021 as well as selected information positioning the voivodship against a background of the country in 2021. The published statistical material has been supplemented with general notes containing explanations regarding the terminology, methodology and scope of information. A novelty included in the annex to the Statistical Yearbook of Opolskie Voivodship 2022 is the Delimitation of Rural Areas for statistical purposes.
