The publication presents a wide collection of information characterising the social and economic situation of Opolskie Voivodship. Review tables included at the beginning present selected data on the voivodship on the background of the country in 2012 and major data on voivodship in a flashback to 2000. Detailed information is presented for 2005-2012, grouped in 23 subject matter chapter. The each subject chapter includes at the beginning the general notes explaining basic definitions as well as describe a source and scope of presented information. The publication has been enriched a graphical part in the form of charts.
