The study presents data on work permits issued to foreigners, as well as information on the structure of work permits by sex, citizenship, occupational groups and validity period of work permits. Information on registered unemployed foreigners also has been presented.

The current study presents data on the unemployed persons registered in powiat labour offices of Opolskie Voivodship in 2021 compared to 2020 as well as in relation to 2010. It contains the characteristics of unemployed persons i.a. by sex, age, education level, work seniority or duration of unemployment. It also presents data on the rotation of unemployed persons and the registered unemployment rate. Selected data have been presented in the cross section by powiats.

The study contains information on financial results of non-financial enterprises, major economic indices characterising economic entities, current assets, liabilities and investment outlays on enterprises’ fixed assets.

Quarterly information about labour market was compiled on the basis of generalised results of representative Labour Force Survey (LFS), carried out in the 1st quarter of 2022, compared to results of these surveys from the previous quarter and corresponding periods of 2021 and 2010. The study contains information about, i.a. economic activity level of the population by demographic and social characteristics, employed and unemployed persons and reasons for economic inactivity. Included in the study are recalculated LFS results for years 2010-2022, according to introduced change in definitions of main categories of persons on a labour market (applicable definitions are provided in the publication: Labour force survey in Poland).
