Registered unemployment in Opolskie Voivodship in 2024

The study presents data on the unemployed persons registered in powiat labour offices of Opolskie Voivodship in 2024 compared to 2023 as well as in relation to 2015. It presents information about the rotation of the unemployed and registered unemployment rate. It contains the social-demographic characteristics of unemployed persons i.a. by sex, age, education level, work seniority or duration of unemployment as well as information about the unemployed in a specific sitatuation on the labour market and data on job offers. Selected data have been presented in the cross section by powiats.

Economic activity of population in Opolskie Voivodship in the 4rd quarter of 2024

Quarterly information about labour market was compiled on the basis of generalised results of the representative Labour Force Survey (LFS), carried out in the 4th quarter of 2024 compared to the results of these surveys from the previous quarter and corresponding periods of 2023 and 2021. The study contains information about i.a. economic activity level of population by demographic and social characteristics, employed and economically inactive persons. To generalise the survey results to the general population from the 4th quarter of 2023 data on the resident population from the balance sheets compiled from the results of the National Population and Housing Census 2021 were used. Data from the period from the 1st quarter of 2021 to the 3rd quarter of 2023 were recalculated according to the new basis for generalising the results, and are therefore comparable.
