The publication presents information on entities of the national economy entered into the National Official Business Register REGON in Opolskie Voivodship, as of the end of December 2023. The study includes the characteristics of entities according to the legal status, ownership sectors, the predominant kind of activity as well as subregions, powiats and gminas.

In Opolskie Voivodship in 2021, 133.2 thousand employed persons commuted to work outside of the gmina of residence, which accounted for 2.6% of all commuting persons in the country. There were more departing persons than arriving persons, which resulted in the low (0.54) flow quotient connected with employment.
