Quarterly information about labour market was compiled on the basis of generalised results of representative Labour Force Survey (LFS), carried out in the 2nd quarter of 2022, compared to the results of these surveys from the previous quarter and corresponding periods of 2021 and 2010. The study contains information about i.a. economic activity level of population by demographic and social characteristics, employed and economically inactive persons. The study takes into account the recalculated LFS results for the years 2010–2020 according to changes introduced from 2021 in the definitions of main categories of persons on the labour market (the applicable definitions are included in the publication Labour force survey in Poland).

The study contains information about, i.a. economic activity level of the population by demographic and social characteristics, employed and unemployed persons and reasons for economic inactivity. Included in the study are recalculated LFS results for years 2010-2022, according to introduced change in definitions of main categories of persons on a labour market (applicable definitions are provided in the publication: Labour force survey in Poland).

The current study presents data on the unemployed persons registered in powiat labour offices of Opolskie Voivodship in 2021 compared to 2020 as well as in relation to 2010. It contains the characteristics of unemployed persons i.a. by sex, age, education level, work seniority or duration of unemployment. It also presents data on the rotation of unemployed persons and the registered unemployment rate. Selected data have been presented in the cross section by powiats.

The study presents data on work permits issued to foreigners, as well as information on the structure of work permits by sex, citizenship, occupational groups and validity period of work permits. Information on registered unemployed foreigners also has been presented.

The study presents data on the demand for labour in Opolskie Voivodship in 2021 compared to 2020 as well as in relation to 2010. It contains basic information on the number of the employed, including disabled persons as well as job vacancies. It also presents data on newly created and liquidated jobs by ownership sectors, sections according to the NACE Rev.2 and the size of units.

The current study presents data on the situation of disabled persons on the labour market in Opolskie Voivodship in 2021, compared to 2020 as well as in relation to 2010.
